She is also a widely known business expert & a coach. Academically, she has a Post-Diploma in Finance from NMIMS, Bombay. As an Angel Investor, Vidhya has made investments in over 10 start-up companies. As an entrepreneur, she has co-founded 2 companies, both of which she has now successfully exited. She launched and successfully grew the Indian Angel Network (IAN) in southern India, where under her leadership, IAN invested in over two dozen companies. She has also been a Venture Partner with Utilis Capital. She is an advisor and a rain-maker for many early-stage companies.

Vidhya is very passionate about helping ordinary people become entrepreneurs and job-creators. This has led her to become a business, human wellness and core transformation coach. She has worked hundreds of people through group and one-on-one sessions. She uses various methodologies related to the mind which include classical cognitive behaviour therapy, Psychometrics, NLP, High Performance Coaching model by Michael Breen, Energy Transformation Systems viz. Access Consciousness etc. She is a certified trainer of NLP trained by globally acclaimed Dr Richard Bandler the founder of the Society of NeuroLinguistic Programing and a clinical hypnotherapist certified from the Hypnotheraphy school of India.
